Lakeland, Florida

Lakeland and greater Polk County is centered between two metropolitan cities: Orlando and Tampa. With access to both theme parks and coastal beaches, Polk County also has much to offer on its own as well! With many beautiful nature trails to enjoy like Circle B Bar Reserve, historic landmarks like Bok Tower Gardens, and aeronautical hobbies like Fantasy of Flight, Polk County has everything you are looking for. Home to Publix Super Markets, Geico, Amazon, and Lakeland Regional Health, Polk County is a great place to live, work and call home! Have you heard that Lakeland is the number one place to buy a home in the U.S.? Check out the article here!

Want to live in the Swan City?

Lakeland is nicknamed the Swan City for the many swans that inhabit Lake Morton, a small lake near Lakeland’s downtown. Swans can be found on street signs, as monuments seen around town, and on nearly every historic district home as part of the address number. Although the swans are very charming as you walk or drive around Lake Morton, the story of how they got to Lakeland is even more intriguing!
